Gerente / Operador / Consultor (remoto / home office)

Estamos em busca de operadores de call center com conhecimento da língua portuguesa.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Atender clientes, tirando dúvidas sobre pedidos e pagamentos;
- Auxiliar no processamento e confirmação das compras;
- Monitorar o status dos pedidos e informar os clientes sobre atualizações.
Requisitos:
- Dominio do português em nível B2 ou superior;
- Experiência prévia em vendas (operador de call center, gerente comercial) será considerada um diferencial;
- Disponibilidade de notebook/computador, headset, internet estável e um ambiente de trabalho silencioso.
Oferecemos:
- Regime totalmente remoto;
- Escala de trabalho 2 por 2 (dois dias de trabalho, dois dias de folga);
- Sistema de pagamento transparente por hora trabalhada + bônus por vendas de produtos;
- Salário pago a cada duas semanas;
