A Randstad Digital está a recrutar um Lead Architect & Technology Head para integração direta num cliente do setor da mobilidade em Lisboa. Responsabilidades Liderança de Arquitetura Empresarial: Definir e governar o framework de Arquitetura Empresarial (Negócio, Aplicacional, Dados e Infraestrutura) em conformidade com os standards globais do Grupo, evitando a fragmentação tecnológica. Governação de Soluções e Design Técnico: Supervisionar o desenho de soluções para projetos estratégicos, garantindo o equilíbrio certo entre velocidade, custo e sustentabilidade a longo prazo (foco em modelos modulares e API-first). Gestão do Panorama Tecnológico: Assumir o controlo do stack tecnológico e da estratégia de plataformas, assegurando Fiabilidade, Escalabilidade, Segurança e Eficiência de custos, enquanto lideras a redução da dívida técnica. Modernização e Inovação: Liderar a transição para a Cloud / arquiteturas híbridas, modernização de sistemas legados, automação e integração de plataformas de dados. Alinhamento com Delivery e Engenharia: Traduzir a arquitetura em soluções reais e implementáveis, apoiando as equipas em decisões técnicas complexas e promovendo metodologias Agile e DevSecOps. Governação, Risco e Conformidade: Integrar requisitos regulamentares e standards de segurança no desenho de arquitetura, apoiando auditorias e a gestão de risco tecnológico. Requisitos Licenciatura em Engenharia de Software, Infraestrutura, Arquitetura de Sistemas ou área equivalente. + 5 anos de experiência profissional em funções de Arquitetura de TI e/ou liderança em projetos de transformação tecnológica de grande escala. Experiência em projetos de grande dimensão em ambientes internacionais / globais. Conhecimento profundo de ecossistemas complexos (Aplicações, Cloud, Dados, Infraestrutura) e domínio de frameworks de mercado (ex: TOGAF ou equivalente). Conhecimento sólido em segurança, escalabilidade, desempenho e facilidade em fazer a ponte com equipas de engenharia. Forte capacidade de decisão técnica e competências de comunicação para influenciar diferentes níveis da organização. #J-18808-Ljbffr
