Procuramos um Data Lead para liderar a estratégia de dados e analytics da organização, garantindo a construção de um ecossistema de dados moderno, escalável e orientado ao negócio. Será responsável por definir a visão de dados, coordenar equipas multidisciplinares e promover a utilização de analytics avançado e inteligência artificial para gerar valor em toda a organização.
Description
- Definir e liderar a estratégia de dados alinhada com os objetivos de negócio da organização.
- Liderar a implementação e evolução de plataformas de dados, assegurando integração eficiente entre diferentes sistemas empresariais.
- Gerir iniciativas de transformação digital suportadas por dados, analytics e inteligência artificial.
- Coordenar equipas de Data Science, Data Engineering e Analytics, promovendo uma cultura data-driven.
- Traduzir desafios de negócio em soluções analíticas escaláveis e orientadas para resultados.
- Garantir elevados níveis de qualidade, governação, integridade e rastreabilidade dos dados.
- Desenvolver modelos preditivos, dashboards executivos e frameworks de reporting para suporte à tomada de decisão.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com stakeholders de diferentes áreas para identificar oportunidades de otimização e geração de valor através dos dados.
- Gerir fornecedores tecnológicos e parceiros externos, assegurando a entrega de projetos dentro dos prazos e objetivos definidos.
- Promover boas práticas de gestão de projetos, metodologias Agile e frameworks de governação de dados.
Profile
- Formação superior em Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas similares.
- Experiência profissional superior a 8 anos em funções ligadas a Dados, Analytics ou Business Intelligence.
- Experiência comprovada em posições de liderança técnica ou gestão de equipas de dados.
- Forte capacidade de interação com stakeholders de negócio e liderança de programas de transformação orientados por dados.
- Experiência na definição de estratégias de dados corporativas e roadmaps de analytics.
- Conhecimentos sólidos de Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence e Inteligência Artificial.
- Experiência em ambientes cloud e arquiteturas de dados modernas.
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação, influência e gestão de stakeholders.
- Experiência na gestão de projetos complexos e coordenação de fornecedores externos.
- Fluência em português e inglês.
