Waiter

Overview We are searching for an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately. Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns. Assist with setting up and clearing tables as well as maintaining cleanliness of the dining area. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. Requirements Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine-dining setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items. Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an asset. Must be able to obtain necessary visa/work permit if not already authorized to work in Portugal.
