Descrição da Função
Atendimento ao cliente: Acolher os clientes, acomodá-los e responder a perguntas sobre os itens do menu, sugestões do dia e restrições alimentares.
Anotação e entrega de encomendas: Registar as encomendas com precisão (frequentemente utilizando sistemas de ponto de venda/POS), transmiti-las para a cozinha ou para o bar e servir alimentos e bebidas nas mesas.
Manutenção das mesas: Preparar as mesas, retirar pratos e copos usados ??durante a refeição e limpar as mesas para os próximos clientes.
Processamento de pagamentos: Preparar contas, processar pagamentos em dinheiro ou cartão de crédito e devolver o troco.
Vendas e *up-selling*: Recomendar entradas, sobremesas ou bebidas específicas para enriquecer a experiência do cliente e aumentar as vendas do restaurante.
Segurança e higiene: Cumprir as normas de segurança alimentar, as normas de higiene e as leis relativas à venda de bebidas alcoólicas.
Perfil do Candidato
Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência, com fluência em conversação em português e inglês.
