Descritivo da função:
A Mind Source está a reforçar a sua Equipa de Infraestruturas através de um ITSM.
Perfil:
- Formação superior em Informática, Engenharia ou área relacionada;
- Experiência com metodologias Agile ou Waterfall (preferencial);
- Boa capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa;
- Boas capacidades de comunicação e colaboração.
Requisitos:
- 3 a 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento ServiceNow;
- Conhecimentos do framework ITI;
- Experiência com: scripting, integrações, ITSM;
- Inglês obrigatório.
Nota: Só serão validadas candidaturas com residência na área Metropolitana de Lisboa.
