Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries related to airline services via phone, email, and chat. Provide professional, empathetic, and effective solutions to customer concerns. Requirements: Native or fluent German speaker with fluent English (written and spoken). Proven experience in customer service (preferred). A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency; ECDL certification is a plus. Flexible schedule, willing to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
