Role Overview As a Customer Specialist for the Insurance Project, you will serve as the main point of contact for both existing policyholders and prospective customers. You will provide support with insurance policies, coverage options, claims procedures, billing inquiries, and account updates, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate, and professional assistance throughout every interaction. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and customer-oriented support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage details, account modifications, renewals, and billing-related questions. Clearly explain insurance products, services, terms, conditions, and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner. Guide customers through the claims process by answering questions and providing relevant information and support. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case outcomes in internal systems. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant departments in accordance with established procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience. Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards during all customer interactions. Keep up to date with insurance products, industry regulations, internal procedures, and service updates through continuous training and development. Qualifications Language Skills: Proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) Experience: 0-1 year of experience in CS or Tech CS Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency Why Join Us?
