What You'll Do As an Insurance Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for customers and insurance partners, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and customer-focused. Your daily responsibilities include: Answer inbound and outbound customer calls and emails Assist customers with insurance products, policies, and coverage questions Support customers with policy cancellations and account-related requests Handle inquiries from insurance brokers and direct requests to the appropriate teams Provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards Update customer records using internal systems Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Native or C2-level French B2-level English or higher Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is an advantage) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience Good organizational and time management skills Comfortable using multiple computer applications Positive attitude and willingness to learn Salary & Benefits Compensation Base Salary: €930 gross/month (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus: Up to €100 gross/month (paid over 12 months) Attendance Bonus: €100 gross/month (paid over 11 months) Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day Contract 6-month fixed-term employment contract (CDD) Additional Benefits Monday to Friday schedule Weekends off International and multicultural working environment Career development opportunities within a globally recognized company Comprehensive onboarding and training Modern office located in Lisbon with excellent public transport access Why Join Us?
