Dutch-Speaking Insurance & Claims Support Specialist – Relocation Package Included (Lisbon Office)

Are you fluent in Dutch with a professional, customer-focused approach and an eye for detail? We are seeking dedicated team members to join our financial services team in Lisbon, Portugal , supporting Dutch-speaking policyholders and corporate insurance clients.

In this role, you will assist customers through policy management, claims intakes, coverage inquiries, and administrative documentation. Full relocation support—including company-provided accommodation—is provided to ensure a seamless transition to Lisbon!

The Role

• Customer & Policy Advisory: Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and chat from Dutch-speaking clients regarding insurance policies, coverage terms, policy updates, and premium billing.
• Claims Processing & Support: Assist policyholders with first-notice-of-loss (FNOL) filings, collect necessary documentation (e.g., medical forms, accident reports, invoices), and guide them through the claims lifecycle.
• Cross-Department Escalation: Coordinate with claims adjusters, underwriters, and third-party service providers to ensure swift and fair claim resolutions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all customer interactions and administrative record updates comply strictly with European insurance regulations and GDPR guidelines.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal .
• Work Model: Modern Office-based setup in Lisbon.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2) .
• Eligibility: Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Work/Residence Permit .
• Experience: Prior experience in insurance, financial services, customer support, or administrative operations is an asset (full paid corporate onboarding provided).
• Key Skills: High empathy, structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear written and spoken communication.
• Shift Availability: Willingness to work in scheduled operational hours/rotations.
