We are looking for an Amazing: Application Support

Seniority:  Senior level (5+ years)

Type of position:  Hybrid model in Porto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or equivalent).
• Advanced knowledge of Bash/Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience analyzing application logs and system performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of Linux commands, processes, services, file systems, networking, and permissions.
• Experience with job scheduling tools such as Cron.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).
• Understanding of application deployment processes and release management.
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.
