The Role

As our Lead Generation Specialist (Blogs & Creators), you will fuel Holafly’s organic growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top bloggers and creators in your target market. Your work directly expands our affiliate ecosystem, driving brand reach and user acquisition worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Creator Outreach: Discover and contact high-impact bloggers and content creators to expand our partner pipeline.

• Strategic Pitching: Present compelling partnership opportunities tailored to creators' niches to maximize conversion rates.

• Seamless Onboarding: Guide new partners smoothly through campaign setup, equipping them with resources for launch.

• Pipeline Management: Qualify outreach prospects efficiently to maintain a robust, continuous flow of creator leads.

• Market Mapping: Identify top content niches and digital publications across your target language market (EN, FR, IT, or DE).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing teams to transition onboarded creators for ongoing campaign management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in creator outreach, influencer engagement, or affiliate partner acquisition.

• Language Fluency: Native/C2 proficiency in English

• Proficiency with CRM, SEO, analytics, and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Massive Outreach or similar platforms).

• Creator Ecosystem Savvy: Solid understanding of digital creators, blogging platforms, and online content channels.

• Persuasive Communication: Strong negotiation skills to engage decision-makers and close partnership deals.

• Self-Driven Execution: Motivated mindset with a proven track record of meeting outreach goals.

Nice to Have

• Platform Experience: Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., Impact) or prospecting tools.

• Multilingual Skills: Fluency in additional European languages.
