Your Next Challenge

Join our client’s team as a Generative AI Product Engineer and help shape the next generation of enterprise AI solutions. You will focus exclusively on Generative AI technologies, designing, evaluating, and optimizing production-ready AI capabilities powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Working in an international environment, you will contribute to the development of intelligent AI products that deliver measurable business value.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building enterprise-grade Generative AI capabilities.
  
• Engineering prompts, AI workflows, and retrieval pipelines for LLM-powered applications.
  
• Developing and enhancing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  
• Designing AI evaluation frameworks, benchmark methodologies, and quality metrics.
  
• Building high-quality datasets for AI validation and continuous model improvement.
  
• Improving the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Generative AI solutions.
  
• Prototyping, testing, and evaluating new LLMs, AI models, and emerging AI technologies.
  
• Monitoring AI behaviour in production and contributing to AI observability and performance analysis.
  
• Collaborating with international teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
  
• At least 18 months of hands-on experience delivering Enterprise Generative AI solutions.
  
• Strong expertise in:  LLM Engineering,  Prompt Engineering, Knowledge Engineering, AI Evaluation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Experimentation, AI Quality Engineering, AI Observability.
  
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
  
• Experience with AI engineering and LLM observability platforms such as MLflow, Langfuse, or Arize.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for AI innovation.
  
• Availability to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI or OpenAI APIs.
  
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Azure AI Foundry.
  
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and semantic search technologies.
  
• Experience with AI monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana AI.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.
