Role Overview:

As a Back Office , you will support the smooth and efficient operation of daily business processes by handling administrative tasks, processing information, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams. Your role will involve ensuring that requests and processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with established procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process administrative requests, documents, forms, and other back-office tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Review, verify, and update information in internal systems and databases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
• Process customer or business-related requests received through internal systems, email, and other relevant channels.
• Follow established procedures and workflows to ensure tasks are completed correctly and within the required timeframe.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues and take the appropriate steps to resolve them.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information, clarify requests, and ensure processes are completed efficiently.
• Support different operational processes, including data management, documentation, account updates, order or request processing, and administrative follow-up.
• Ensure all activities are properly documented and maintain clear records of actions taken.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or exceptional cases to the appropriate department in line with established procedures.
• Meet defined KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, quality, turnaround time, and process efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while handling repetitive and time-sensitive tasks.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of company processes, systems, policies, procedures, and best practices through training and ongoing learning.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
