About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading company to find a Italian-speaking Recruiter to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a growing organization.

What you'll do

• : Implement and Administer Recruitment
• Programs: Assist in the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract our client. Resume
• Management: Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, ensuring thorough background and reference checks are conducted. Conduct
• Interviews: Perform initial screening interviews via telephone or face-to-face with prospective applicants. Candidate
• Assessment: Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and collaborate to offer competitive compensation packages. Sourcing
• Candidates: Utilize various resources such as the internet, community organizations, print media, and networks to source qualified candidates. Maintain
• Records: Ensure accurate and concise records and reports are maintained throughout the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking
• Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools. Compliance: Uphold consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with local hiring regulations. Job
• Knowledge: Develop and apply an in-depth understanding of job specifications, including experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role. Promote Company

What we're looking for

• : Language
• Proficiency: Native or fluent in Italian with strong written and spoken
• English skills. Experience: Minimum of 1 years in recruitment or a similar role, preferably within a service environment. Education: Bachelor’s
• Degree preferred. Technical
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft
• Office and experience with Applicant Tracking
• Systems (ATS). Soft
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal; excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables. Professionalism: Self-starter with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Salary

1250€-1450€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

Relocation support

• Airfare up to €400 reimbursed at the end of 6 months employment, Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation provided unless candidate currently living in accomodation provided by competitor. Notes: 12 months contract w/ 30 days trial w/ health insurance (from day1)
