Sobre a Função
O Laundry Attendant é responsável por assegurar que toda a roupa do hotel, incluindo roupas de cama, atoalhados, fardamentos e peças dos hóspedes, seja tratada com rigor, cuidado e eficiência. Esta função contribui diretamente para a qualidade da experiência do hóspede, garantindo limpeza, organização e cumprimento dos standards Marriott.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Separar e organizar roupa por tipo de tecido, cor e requisitos de lavagem;
- Operar máquinas de lavar, secar e engomar de acordo com as normas estabelecidas;
- Dobrar, prensar e organizar peças lavadas, garantindo os standards de qualidade do hotel.
- Tratar pedidos de lavandaria e limpeza a seco com atenção, rapidez e confidencialidade;
- Cumprir instruções específicas dos hóspedes, como temperaturas de lavagem e cuidados com tecidos delicados;
- Garantir entregas pontuais e em perfeito estado.
- Verificar todas as peças após lavagem para garantir limpeza e ausência de danos;
- Identificar e reportar itens manchados, rasgados ou impróprios para uso ao supervisor;
- Assegurar que apenas itens em condições perfeitas retornam ao serviço ou ao hóspede.
- Identificar avarias ou necessidades de manutenção e reportar imediatamente ao supervisor;
- Controlar níveis de detergentes, químicos, suavizantes e outros consumíveis;
- Repor prateleiras de lavandaria com itens limpos e organizados para distribuição;
- Cumprir todos os protocolos de higiene e segurança no manuseamento de roupas sujas e produtos químicos;
Perfil Pretendido
- Experiência prévia em lavandaria de hotelaria ou função similar (preferencial);
- Boa capacidade física e atenção ao detalhe;
- Organização, responsabilidade e eficiência;
- Capacidade de trabalhar com máquinas industriais e seguir procedimentos definidos;
- Compromisso com higiene, segurança e qualidade;
- Espírito de equipa e atitude colaborativa;
- Disponibilidade para horários rotativos.
