We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused B2B Travel Agent fluent in French and English to join a dynamic travel team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in travel and tourism while enjoying life in one of Europes most vibrant and sun-filled capitals.
What you will do
- Manage and support B2B travel clients, providing expert advice on bookings, itineraries, and travel solutions.
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and support business growth.
- Keep up to date with travel industry trends, products, and promotions to provide the best guidance.
Who you are
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
