AI Developer Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior AI Flows Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced developer with a background in computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, or a similar scientific field. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our products in a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS environment. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will help design and build AI‐driven solutions while influencing technical decisions and product direction, ultimately helping the company reach the next level. Responsibilities / Expected Knowledge For this role, we expect you to have knowledge of: Computer Science fundamentals such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Object‐Oriented Programming, data structures, communication protocols, and knowledge bases Advanced prompting techniques (agents, tools, and mechanisms that influence agent behavior) C#, or strong experience in another programming language such as Python or JavaScript, with openness to work with multiple technologies Development of conversational or AI‐driven flows, including low‐code environments Integration and use of REST APIs Data formats and communication protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC Strong English communication skills Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field What You Will Learn With Us Development of highly scalable global software systems Advanced use of C# and modern backend practices Prompt engineering and AI‐driven development Cloud infrastructure with Microsoft Azure (and potentially AWS) Working in a dynamic and highly technical environment focused on disruptive projects Participation in large, multidisciplinary teams driving deep digital transformation, particularly in customer service and digital customer interaction channels What We Expect From You Resilience and strong tolerance for frustration when dealing with debugging and limited documentation Ability to stay focused and work effectively in complex environments Comfort working with uncertainty and exploring new technologies Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership Ability to advocate for improvements in product quality, security, and performance Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Review and refactor both new and existing source code Strong collaboration skills and a team‐oriented mindset Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks Experience with customer contact center environments (e.g., conversational flows, authentication steps, user journey design, and real‐time customer interactions) is considered a strong plus Country Portugal Location Lisbon Contract Type Open‐ended contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
