What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right

mindset:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with Python, Node.js, C# or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience building AI applications using LLMs
• Experience developing AI Agents and conversational AI solutions
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and advanced prompting techniques
• Experience implementing RAG solutions
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or similar)
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search and token optimization
• Experience integrating multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Knowledge of JSON, XML and gRPC
• Strong understanding of clean, scalable and maintainable code
• Strong English communication skills
• Residency in Portugal or valid work authorization/documentation to work in Portugal
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated
