Cross Border Talents is op zoek naar Nederlandstalige professionals voor een team voor technische ondersteuning in Portugal!
In deze functie help je klanten bij het gebruik van cloudsoftware die juridische en boekhoudkundige professionals in België en Nederland ondersteunt.
Wat ga je doen?
- Nederlandstalige klanten ondersteunen via telefoon en e-mail.
- Technische, functionele en prestatiegerelateerde problemen analyseren en oplossen.
- Supportaanvragen registreren en beheren in een CRM-systeem.
- Problemen onderzoeken en passende oplossingen vinden.
- Complexe technische problemen doorsturen naar de juiste afdelingen.
- Zorgen voor een professionele, vriendelijke en klantgerichte service.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
- Je kunt goed communiceren in het Engels.
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
- Je leert graag nieuwe software en technische processen.
- Ervaring in klantenservice of technische ondersteuning is een pluspunt.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Locatie: Lissabon, Portugal.
- Fulltime functie, 40 uur per week.
- Wisselende werktijden van maandag tot en met vrijdag, binnen de geplande openingstijden.
- Arbeidsovereenkomst volgens de Portugese wetgeving.
