French-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join international customer service projects in Portugal.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in French via phone, email and/or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, payments and general requests.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Escalate more complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- French: C1/C2 level – excellent written and spoken communication.
- English: minimum B2 level .
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude and professional approach.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with different systems.
