Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of a world-renowned brand. Your goal is to provide seamless support and turn every interaction into a positive experience.
- Solve & Support: Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with technical troubleshooting, billing inquiries, or general product information.
- Listen & Engage: Use your empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Learn & Grow: Participate in industry-leading training programs designed to sharpen your communication and technical skills.
Requirements
To be considered for this role and the relocation support, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Work Authorization: Must hold a valid EU Passport or EU National ID card (EU Citizenship is required due to local labor regulations).
- Language Mastery: Fluency in Portuguese (Native or C1 level).
- English Skills: A B2 level of English is required for internal training and communication.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital tools and multitasking across different software platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people.
