Role Overview:
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for individuals throughout the home application process. You will provide assistance, answer questions, review application details, and help ensure a seamless and positive experience for every applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional support through phone, email, and live chat channels
- Guide applicants through the home application process, including requirements and necessary documentation
- Review application information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Address customer inquiries effectively and offer clear guidance and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures
- Work closely with internal departments to support efficient application processing
- Achieve service quality targets and response-time objectives
- Stay informed about project updates, company policies, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
