IT Administrator – File Transfer Specialist This is your mission Are you passionate about secure file transfers and infrastructure administration? Then this position is for you. As an IT Administrator – File Transfer, you will be responsible for managing secure file transfer solutions, supporting business-critical data exchanges, and ensuring the reliability of the file transfer infrastructure. Build side: Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows Participate in change requests for connectivity updates Coordinate and execute testing of new file transfer configurations Launch and follow up on connectivity initiatives Configure secure file transfer solutions with a high level of accuracy Identify improvements to file transfer processes, security, and efficiency Maintain comprehensive documentation of file transfer maps and configurations Coordinate with internal teams and external administrators on connectivity projects Run side: Provide Level 3 support for file transfer incidents and connectivity issues Manage and maintain Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport environments Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch file transfer processes Troubleshoot connectivity and handshake issues with external system administrators Document known issues and provide guidance to first-line support teams Ensure the availability and stability of the file transfer infrastructure This is your background You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You have experience managing secure file transfer solutions and supporting production environments. You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with sensitive business data.
