Role: Junior Access Management Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon Portugal

Required skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or a similar role
• Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and access governance
• Familiarity with SAP user access administration is a plus
• Basic knowledge of VMware or other virtualization technologies
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
