OutSystems seeks a Lead Developer to drive the technical delivery of our most complex strategic projects, shaping agentic systems at scale. You will own architecture, governance, and automation while mentoring senior engineers across delivery teams.
You will lead Expert Services, define CI/CD strategies, and promote best practices for memory, tool-calling, and non-deterministic governance, partnering with Product and R&D to map the platform roadmap.
