Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist supporting a Medical Devices Project , you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product questions, orders, account-related requests, and general support. Through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, you’ll provide accurate information and timely solutions while delivering a high standard of customer service for a leading healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, account requests, orders, deliveries, and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and support procedures while following company guidelines.
• Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately record customer interactions, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support at every interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet quality, productivity, service-level, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed about medical device products, company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
