Customer Service Specialist - Dutch-speaking | Premium Coffee Brand

We are urgently hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to represent a globally iconic luxury coffee brand — one of the most recognisable names in premium lifestyle. If you love quality, elegance, and great service, this is your role!
In this role you will be the brand's voice for Dutch-speaking customers — helping coffee enthusiasts with their orders, subscriptions, machine queries, and club memberships. You will deliver the same premium experience customers expect from the brand itself: sophisticated, warm, and effortlessly helpful.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about products, orders, machines, and memberships
- Provide expert-level knowledge on the product range and subscription offers
- Resolve issues related to deliveries, billing, and product performance
- Uphold the brand's premium service standards in every interaction
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities where appropriate
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: B2 or above
- Passion for quality products and exceptional customer experiences
- Professional communication with a warm and approachable tone
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
