Empresa multinacional do setor de oil and gas, pretende integrar na sua estrutura de Lisboa um Buyer (m/f/d) para trabalhar em projetos globais. A sua nova função Com reporte ao Global Supply Chain Director irá integrar a equipa de Supply Chain e será responsável pela gestão dos processos de procurement associadas a projectos para as operações de produção, construção e perfuração. Terá um papel fundamental na optimização da cadeia de abastecimento, garantindo a disponibilidade atempada de bens com elevados padrões de qualidade e a custos competitivos. - Garantir a aplicação consistente das políticas e boas práticas de Supply Chain;
- Coordenar processos de aquisição, incluindo concursos, pedidos de cotação e gestão contratual;
- Liderar negociações com fornecedores;
- Preparar, organizar e acompanhar toda a documentação associada ao ciclo de vida dos contratos;
- Definir e implementar estratégias de sourcing e comerciais;
- Acompanhar a evolução das actividades e assegurar o respectivo reporting;
- Identificar, avaliar e qualificar fornecedores, bem como actualizar bases de dados de fornecedores;
- Analisar propostas, negociar condições comerciais e realizar estudos de custo global;
- Detectar potenciais riscos na cadeia de fornecimento e implementar acções correctivas com os parceiros;
- Conduzir avaliações de desempenho de fornecedores em articulação com diferentes áreas internas;
- Supervisionar actividades de expedição, logística e recepção de materiais;
- Garantir o encerramento dos contratos e a correcta gestão documental.
- Formação superior em Engenharia, Supply Chain, Logística e experiência minima de 3 anos em procurement e gestão de contratos, idealmente no sector de Oil & Gas;
- Experiência em ambientes *offshore* e procurement internacional será valorizada;
- Conhecimento sólido de equipamentos, serviços e terminologia associados ao setor;
- Forte capacidade de negociação e orientação para resultados;
- Conhecimentos avançados de inglês (obrigatório).
