Adecco is recruiting an Accreditation and Compliance Manager to join the Quality and Accreditations function for a higher education institution. In this role, the selected professional will manage the Assurance of Learning (AoL) process and coordinate closely with Academic Directors and Faculty on data collection, analysis, and reporting. The position is responsible for ensuring that learning outcomes and related assessment practices align with international accreditation requirements, specifically AACSB and EQUIS. The Assurance of Learning Officer will oversee the operational data-gathering efforts, lead the mapping of course Learning Outcomes, and produce critical analytical reports that support continuous improvement and demonstrate compliance with international accreditation standards.

What You Will Do?
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of the Assurance of Learning process, including mapping Learning Outcomes to mandatory courses and ensuring systematic coverage.
• Ensure the effective integration of Learning Outcomes into curricular plans and faculty assessment practices, in close collaboration with Academic Directors across programs.
• Coordinate the collection, processing, and analysis of student performance data, producing periodic reports for internal decision-making and external evaluation requirements.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative trends to propose adjustments to Learning Outcomes, processes, or tools, in response to evolving market or student needs.
• Manage and optimize the institutions proprietary Assurance of Learning platform with the IT team, including assessment configuration, faculty support, and systematic bug reporting.
• Drive the evolution of the proprietary Assurance of Learning platform to fully integrate the AoL model in accordance with accreditation commitments and timelines.
• Compile, process, and analyze student performance data to produce internal and external reports that demonstrate achievement of defined learning outcomes.
• Support the preparation and organization of documentation for AACSB and EQUIS accreditation processes, ensuring consistency, rigor, and full compliance with standards.
• Design and deliver structured training sessions for faculty and administrative teams on Assurance of Learning processes, digital tools, and related best practices.
• Provide tailored resources and ongoing support to academic and administrative stakeholders, promoting correct and widespread adoption of Assurance of Learning procedures.
Your Skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Management, Engineering, Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field, with additional data analysis training considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder coordination, project management, and data analysis, preferably within academic, educational, or accreditation-related environments.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau, or programming languages such as R, Python, or Julia, is valued and considered beneficial.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to produce clear analytical reports and communicate effectively with diverse academic stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills with strong aptitude for data interpretation, synthesis of findings, and accurate report production supporting evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, enabling effective collaboration with Academic Directors, Faculty, and administrative teams.
• Strong results orientation combined with a rigorous, methodical, and detail-focused working style to ensure reliability and consistency in all AoL activities.
