Finance A team focused on accounting, purchasing, financial and management control specifically for the operations in Porto. Working closely with a range of different teams and with our Headquarters in Paris. HR The HR team has a sub division that reflects the specialization of each area: talent acquisition, training, administrative, business partner, relations with universities and communication. Working closely with all different teams existing in the Porto Hub. Business Development Our Business Development team has as main mission to analyze, monitor and manage all projects that are related to the growth and development of the Porto Hub, working closely with our Headquarters in Paris. Facilities This team is responsible for all maintenance of equipment's, cleaning, security and overall operations regarding to the day to day functioning of the office. Transformation Transformation Team is responsible to assist the organization in two dimensions: to lead the Transformation Program of Natixis in Portugal to become an industrial set up and to re‐design and to assist the organization to transform their processes.
