Descrizione del Ruolo Reclutiamo per conto di un fornitore leader a livello globale di servizi di Customer Experience un Customer Service Specialist – Italiano e Inglese con sede in presenza a Lisbona, Portogallo. In questo ruolo sarai il principale punto di contatto per i clienti, gestendo le loro richieste e fornendo un servizio d'eccellenza in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale.
Responsabilità Principali
- Rappresentare il punto di contatto primario per i clienti di lingua italiana tramite telefono, e-mail e chat.
- Fornire un supporto accurato e tempestivo alle richieste dei clienti con professionalità ed empatia.
- Gestire e documentare le interazioni con i clienti all'interno del sistema.
- Collaborare con i team interni per risolvere le problematiche e garantire la massima soddisfazione del cliente.
Requisiti
- Competenze Linguistiche: Madrelingua o livello fluente in Italiano , con un'ottima padronanza dell' Inglese (Livello B2+).
- Modalità di Lavoro e Sede: Disponibilità a lavorare in presenza a Lisbona, Portogallo .
- Orario di Lavoro: Disponibilità a lavorare su turni a rotazione dal lunedì al venerdì (tra le 07:30 e le 20:00).
- Giorni di Riposo: Fine settimana libero (sabato e domenica).
- Soft Skills: Eccellenti capacità di ascolto attivo, comunicazione e spiccate attitudini al problem solving.
