Customer Service Specialist (German-speaking)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 7 May 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 07:30 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Weekends
Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD)
About the Role
Join an international customer service team in Lisbon, supporting German-speaking customers in a structured weekday role. Ideal for candidates looking for stability and work-life balance with weekends off.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems

- C1+ German + good English level
