Role Overview

We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a customer support project in Lisbon.

The role involves supporting small and medium-sized businesses through phone, chat and email , providing assistance with products, services and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through phone, chat and email.
• Assist customers with product and service-related questions.
• Support customers with online tools and advertising-related services.
• Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
• Follow established processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• English proficiency at C2 level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Good problem-solving and listening skills.
• Comfortable handling customer interactions across different channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and adaptability.

Work Conditions

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
