What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Change Manager.
• Strong experience in Change Management (ITIL or similar frameworks), Risk & Compliance Management, and Enterprise Governance Models.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, Microsoft Graph API (REST endpoints, permissions, throttling, etc.), Entra ID (Azure AD) app registrations & permission models, Copilot APIs, and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, and API security patterns.
• Experience owning and governing the end-to-end change lifecycle for M365 tenant services, ensuring structured risk assessment, approval workflows, and rollout strategies.
• Ability to evaluate and control application permissions (delegated & application), ensuring compliance with data protection, legal hold, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in governing the use of Microsoft Graph APIs across applications and services, and reviewing/approving custom integrations leveraging Graph and Copilot APIs.
• Experience in overseeing Azure AD / Entra ID App Registrations lifecycle, detecting and mitigating over-privileged or risky applications.
• Capability to enable secure adoption of Microsoft Copilot APIs and Copilot extensibility (MCPs – Microsoft Copilot Plugins/Connectors), defining guardrails for Data access via AI systems.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and tracking change-related risks, implementing continuous monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, translating technical changes into business impact and value.
• Fluency in English.
