Procuramos um AI Senior Manager para liderar uma equipa de AI e orientar a definição da arquitetura de referência de Inteligência Artificial da organização. Terás um papel central na criação de um modelo unificado de pessoas, processos, tecnologias e parceiros, garantindo que as soluções de IA são robustas, escaláveis e alinhadas com os objetivos do negócio. Vais orientar a equipa, definir standards e frameworks de desenvolvimento, e assegurar uma abordagem consistente e transversal numa área com impacto global.O QUE VAIS FAZER
Definir a arquitetura técnica das soluções de IA, incluindo modelos, pipelines e APIs. Selecionar LLMs, frameworks e ferramentas, incluindo decisões build vs. buy. Garantir a integração com sistemas legados e plataformas existentes. Assegurar escalabilidade, segurança, conformidade e boas práticas de engenharia. Alinhar a arquitetura com as necessidades e prioridades do negócio. Participar na evolução da adopção de AI nos processos de negócio.O TEU PERFIL
Mais de 5 anos de experiência no desenvolvimento de soluções de dados e IA em contexto corporativo. Domínio de cloud, pipelines de dados, MLOps e microserviços. Conhecimento sólido de ML, LLMs, agentes, embeddings e arquiteturas RAG. Capacidade de desenhar arquiteturas escaláveis e resilientes. Experiência em segurança, governance e observabilidade. Boa capacidade de comunicação com equipas técnicas e de negócio. Experiência em liderança de equipas. Valorizamos conhecimento do stack Google AI.QUEM SOMOS E O QUE PODES ESPERAR DE NÓS
