PPC/SEM Team Lead

BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming brand who are looking to hire a PPC/SEM Team Lead based in Lisbon . Responsibilities Manage and support a team of 3-5 PPC Consultants, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and internal processes are followed. Hold weekly 1-to-1 meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and support development. Work closely with the Head of PPC to report on performance, progress, and strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign assets, launches, and new brand activity. Launch and manage new paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. Plan and manage budgets to maximise ROI and achieve performance targets. Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement improvements. Requirements Minimum 2 years' management experience within PPC or digital marketing. 2+ years of hands-on PPC/SEM experience, ideally within an agency environment. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads. Good understanding of campaign optimisation techniques and ROI-driven strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
