English-speaking Customer Service Professional | Lisbon, Portugal
Cross Border Talents is looking for an English-speaking professional with a background in digital marketing and paid campaign management for an on-site customer service opportunity in Lisbon.
This role sits at the intersection of customer interaction and advertising technology. If you understand digital campaigns and enjoy communicating with people, this could be a strong next move.

- Previous experience in paid campaign management.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Strong English communication skills.
The role at a glance
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work model: On-site
- Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00 (07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00)
- Future schedule: The schedule may transition to 24/7 rotating shifts, with two rotating days off. This change is still to be confirmed.
- Relocation: Relocation support is not provided.
