What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution, process back-office requests accurately and efficiently, support customers with connected vehicle services and related enquiries, update internal systems and maintain accurate case records, troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to customer requests, and meet established quality and SLA standards.

What you'll earn

1100€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

Who this suits

• Previous experience in back office, customer service or technical support is an advantage
• Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate different systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• English B2 or above for training, systems and internal communication
• Native/C2 French
