About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting gaming project based in Lisbon, Portugal. If you’re passionate about gaming and technology and enjoy helping others, this is an excellent opportunity to join an international team supporting players around the world. You’ll assist customers with technical issues, account management, and product-related inquiries while delivering an outstanding support experience across multiple communication channels.

What you will do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English
• Assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting
• Provide information and assistance before and after product purchases
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction

What we are looking for

• Native-level fluency in French
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools and support systems
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules within business operating hours
