À propos du poste
Nous recherchons en urgence un(e) IT Support Niveau 3 / Spécialiste Support Technique expérimenté(e) pour intervenir sur un projet technique axé sur le support avancé et le troubleshooting .
Le poste requiert de solides compétences techniques, notamment en SQL , ainsi quun excellent niveau de français et danglais .
Poste urgent – prise de fonction prévue en mars 2025 . Les candidatures seront traitées en priorité.
Principales responsabilités

Fournir un support technique avancé et résoudre des incidents complexes

Assister les clients par téléphone, chat et e-mail en français et en anglais
-
Diagnostiquer des problèmes logiciels, systèmes ou de configuration et proposer des solutions efficaces

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques internes pour garantir une résolution rapide

Documenter les incidents, solutions et procédures techniques

Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme, de précision et dorientation client
Profil recherché

Maîtrise du français (C2) et de langlais (B1)

Expérience confirmée en support technique / IT ( souhaité )

Bonnes connaissances en SQL et en troubleshooting technique

Excellentes capacités danalyse et de résolution de problèmes

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome en environnement remote

Disponibilité pour participer à des réunions sur site une fois par trimestre
