What you'll do
Be the first point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival and stay.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with proactive solutions, personalized recommendations, and a keen eye for detail.
Curate unique experiences, from exclusive reservations to bespoke city itineraries, showcasing the best of Lisbon.
Maintain an elegant, organized front desk and lounge area, reflecting our commitment to luxury.
Deliver calm, attentive service in a fast-paced, luxury setting, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
You bring
Proven experience in high-end guest services or front office operations, preferably within luxury hotels.
A deep understanding of five-star hospitality , with a passion for creating exceptional guest journeys.
A composed, professional attitude with top-tier grooming and an effortlessly charming demeanor.
Fluency in English is essential, with French or Portuguese being a significant advantage.
