Remote Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative with Sales (Travel Project) Job Openings Remote Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative with Sales (Travel Project) About the job Remote Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative with Sales (Travel Project) Location: Remote (Portugal-based candidates only) Start Date: April 10, 2025 Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 19:00 - Rotative shifts Days off: 2 days (rotative) We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support our client's growing team. Work from home and provide top-notch assistance to travelers and passengers. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide information about travel services and bookings. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers. Requirements: Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken Previous customer service experience is preferred. Previous sales experience is mandatory! Ability to work rotational shifts. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal, an expression of interest or a job-seeker visa (a MUST) Offer: Extra payment for working on public holidays and Sundays Meal allowance: EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card Remote work flexibility (Portugal-based candidates only). #J-18808-Ljbffr
