For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Application Support Analyst or similar role
- Experience providing Level 1 support for SaaS tools, managing communications via Teams, Outlook, and phone
- Ability to follow procedures and ensure KPIs are measured and reported
- Experience with data extraction and presentation, in collaboration with Business Analyst teams
- Ability to work in coordination with cross-functional project teams
- Administrative mindset with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in French (mandatory)
- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
- Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality (Plus)
- Knowledge of Business Objects or SQL querying (Plus)
- Availability for hybrid model, 2 times a week, based in Porto or Lisbon (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
