Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking to build an international career in Bulgaria?
Our client is currently hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia .
And if you've never considered Bulgaria before, Sofia might surprise you.
It's a European capital with a relaxed lifestyle, international community, vibrant cafés and nightlife, plenty of history, and mountains just outside the city . Compared with many Western European capitals, Sofia can also be a more accessible place to start your international journey while gaining experience in a global working environment.
What You Will Do
- Support Dutch-speaking customers through the available support channels
- Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
- Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused experience
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent Dutch
- Good command of English
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
- Eligible to work in Bulgaria or the European Union
