Nous recherchons des chargés back office francophones pour rejoindre notre équipe internationale basée à Porto . Vous aurez pour mission d'assister les clients e-mail ou chat, en leur offrant un service de qualité et une expérience client positive.
Missions principales :
- Gérer les demandes des clients en français (et parfois en anglais)
- Fournir des informations précises sur les produits et services
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et professionnelle
- Assurer un suivi client et maintenir une communication positive
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour optimiser la satisfaction client
Profil recherché :
- Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Bon niveau d'anglais (B1 ou plus)
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et sens du service client
- Une première expérience dans un centre d'appels ou en relation client est un plus
- Passeport européen ou droit de travailler en portugal
