Role Overview As a Customer Support for the Travel Project, you will support customers throughout their travel journey by providing assistance with bookings, itinerary changes, travel-related inquiries, and service requests. As a key point of contact, you will ensure customers receive accurate information, timely solutions, and a seamless travel experience.
