Customer Experience Trainee

Greenvolt Comunidades is looking for a Customer Experience Trainee to join the **Customer Experience Team** and support the management of clients within the scope of the business dedicated to the promotion, implementation, and management of collective self-consumption energy solutions and Energy Communities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer management and customer experience, working closely with different teams to ensure a seamless journey for members of our Energy Communities. **Responsibilities** The selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:

• Assist in the onboarding process of new Energy Community members, ensuring all required information and documentation are collected accurately.
• Support the management and monitoring of Energy Communities, helping identify member acquisition needs and opportunities.
• Assist in the prospecting and engagement of residential and business consumer members.
• Support communication with customers through different channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Marketing, to ensure an efficient customer experience.
• Help address customer queries and requests, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support customer retention and engagement initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to customer experience and community performance.
