We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with billing and invoicing queries.
Troubleshoot account access issues.
Guide and train customers on the use of the client's products.
Provide timely, professional, and effective solutions.
Deliver high-quality service while meeting client expectations and quality targets .
Requirements
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and professional attitude.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Benefits
Variable bonus: Up to €200/month
Meal allowance: €7 per working day
