Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service productsProvide product and tool support to improve clients’ experienceIdentify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Requirements

Ukranian C2 and B2 English fluencyWilling to start an international experience – work abroadAble to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spiritEU passport or valid work permit for PortugalBeing okay with flexible working hours (Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM )Experience in customer service (preferred)
